I'm truly grateful for the care and attentiveness the staff and vets give here. They have always been very kind and caring towards me and my pet on regular visits. When an emergency happened with my pet prior to a regular appointment, I brought my pet in and they worked extremely efficiently and quickly with me, helping my pet get what she could there while also helping me to get them transferred to a pet hospital down the street. The pet hospital complimented how quickly the transferred documents over to them as well. Super grateful
They were able to fit us in on a Sunday and seem to have diagnosed our dog with what is ailing him pretty quickly and we were able to take him home the same day. We will see where treatment goes but they have a very nice and attentive and professional team and, while these visits are never inexpensive and costs escalate quickly, it seems they are reasonably priced and we’re fairly close to the estimate after initial diagnosis.
I would definitely recommend them as a resource for your pet.
The staff was friendly, caring and sympathetic to my fear of the worst possible outcome to my 2 y/o kitty fur baby, Misty. Dr Thurm put my anxiety at bay.Turned out to be a small abscess on her neck that was quickly drained as was my wallet, but I felt that most fees were fair except sedation. Expected a small cost for all the love we get in return. She is recovered from the anesthesia but that cone is giving her a heck of a time. I would recommend this clinic anytime
My brother’s dog Max has been coming here since he was a puppy, he’s a year old now and somehow still gets excited when we pull into the parking lot. He had his neuter and gastropexy done here, and the team took such good care of him. We used to bring our childhood dog Buddy here too, and now a bunch of my friends and family bring their pets here. Every vet and tech we’ve seen has been super kind and helpful. It’s just one of those places you feel good about bringing your pets to.
The staff were super friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. They move with compassion, kindness and gentleness. Our pitbull was sick and he felt comfortable with the staff right away. Vanessa was extremely professional and compassionate. Dr Nakamura was detailed and kind.
Overall, ACH, Walnut Creek is an amazing clinic for our dog. I felt relieved and left with a positive feeling that our Sosa will get better because he is in great hands! Thank you, Animal Care Hospital.
